I would
like to thank you for sending these expert craftsmen to repair my boat. I am
only sorry that I can’t thank them myself because of the language barrier. I
therefore ask you congratulate them for me on a superb job of joinery. For
all practical purposes the timber work is now much the same as at the
factory before the water damage. Given that they were not working in a
familiar environment and with very basic tools, their accuracy is simply
stunning. They did not use any workbenches or use a vice to hold things, and
as an amateur carpenter myself, I am amazed. They also managed to keep the
work area clean and not dirty the rest of the boat – altogether a highly
professional job.
With workers like these, it is no wonder that your products are sought
after.
It is, of course a great pity that the problem occurred in the first place,
but the men have restored the boat to mint condition.
